The Use of Stimulation In Clinical Practice


This course is for all those who yearn to apply neurostimulation in their clinics and for those who already use neurostimualtion in their clinics and need a refresher. Taught by Dr. Nicholas Dogris, PhD, QEEG-D, BCN and Dr. Tiff Thompson, PhD, R.EEG.T, BCN, QEEG-D, MFT, this course will focus on the use of stimulation as a stand alone tool (and in concert with other neurotherapy modalities).

This course will cover the use of: Random Noise Stimulation, Pink Noise Stimulation, Transcranial Direct Current Stimuation, Transcranial Alternating Current Stimulation, and Pulsed Electro-magnetic stimulation. Important concepts covered will include: Dosing (how much amperage to give a patient), frequency choice, optimal duration of stimulation, contraindications, case examples of clinical diagnoses and ways to address them, and more.

This course will also cover the use of Neurofield equipment, manual controls, stimulation duration override, NF64 and NF10, and more.
