IQCB QEEG EXAM

EXAM SEEKING CANDIDATES should follow these steps:

1.  Set up an IQCB Website Account and log in. >To set up your IQCB account, please go HERE.  There is no cost to set up the account.      > Registering with our site will enable you to do the following:

• Access content – reading materials, resource links and webinars – required for your certification
• Access certification seals

2.  Set up a Certemy account, submit application, and make necessary payments.

Once you’ve set up your account you can submit your application for certification and upload documents necessary for certification. You will also be able to make the following payments for certification service options as needed during the process:

Your application will alert IQCB that you’re interested in ascertaining QEEG-T, QEEG-D or QEEG-DL certification. It’s helpful to have your application on file so we can guide you appropriately. There is a $200 application fee payable when the application is submitted. You will also need to review and accept our IQCB Standards and Ethics.  Once your application is approved, you will be assigned to the appropriate workflow; QEEG-T, QEEG-D or QEEG-DL

TIP – Get Hands-on Experience

Hands-on experience working under a QEEG professional is highly recommended to develop an understanding of practicing QEEG in a clinical environment.

3. Get Mentored for Certification

Contact a diplomate or diplomates to arrange a minimum of 10 contact hours to review 10 patient/client data analysis and 5 QEEG report presentations. Two of these hours must involve direct observation. The mentor provides confirmation and referral of the candidate to the International QEEG Certification Board (IQCB) and completes a Mentorship Verification Form. Please see below for more details.

Please note that mentoring fees differ by Mentor. These costs are in addition to the IQCB fees listed above.
